I am pretty sure this is from a kids movie still in theaters.
The third of the series is in move theaters. This is from the second one.
All three are on video now. Both the Bowman's are wrong! Ha! But, at least we know you know what movie it is from. I wouldn't have guessed that. Smarty pants!
