Bottle Labels That Actually Work!

Okay, so for the past two babies, we've had to label our bottles with a permanent marker so that the childcare provider could identify which bottle went with which baby. This was ridiculous because the permanent marker was far from permanent. It would wash away in hot water or even on my hand. Not a great solution. Then I saw other people who ordered special sticker labels with their kid's name on it. Very cute, but after a few washes, even those special labels were coming off the bottles and I congratulated myself for saving money since I was too lazy to go and order any.

Well, I recently saw in a magazine and then on a kid's sippy cup when we were at a restaurant this new kind of label by inchbug.com, and I'm absolutely sold on getting these labels for George's bottles. These are labels that appear to be made out of the same kind of rubbery material that Lance Armstrong wears around his wrist, except that these are imprinted with your kid's name. Genius! They are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and they never fade. You can stretch them over the bottle or sippy cup and they stay secure and snug until you pull them off and use them on another bottle. I'm so excited about this that I wanted to share it with all of you. The link to the website is http://www.inchbug.com/.

Here are some pictures of the labels:

I talked to the parent at the restaurant who had one of these labels on his son's sippy cup about the label and he was just as impressed with it. I plan to order mine soon! What a great invention!

I have the inch bugs and they are great! I never take them off....washing with them on they still look cute!

Mabels labels are also really good and you can order tiny ones for lids, binkies, bottles, etc. I have washed bottles with these on too and they have never come off or faded either.

Inchbug and Mabel's labels are both great products!

Personally, I love the plastic Orbit labels best because they don’t fade from being stuck in the dishwasher time and time again (they are dishwasher AND microwave safe!)! Such an easy way to keep your child’s drinks separate and sanitary at school and on fields and anywhere else they might get mixed up with those of their pals. Last month I have purchased name labels from (https://www.idmelabels.com/school-labels) for my kids.Labels are very attractive, durable, waterproof and personalized labels.
