No, that's great information. I'll definitely check it out. I'm in an unhealthy relationship with Jenny Craig in which I cling to her and then reject her repeatedly. I have, to my credit, joined a gym and worked out three days in a row. I will be seeing a trainer in the next couple weeks. The biggest problem with all this is finding the time.
That's the beauty of using information on that site. Weight loose and fitness all comes down to math. Have a 3500 calorie deficit and you loose 1 pound. Don't really even need to join a gym for that if you can accomplish that by diet and exercise (not weights).Thanks for not sending a hit man my way - at least not that I know of...
